Our vision is to establish long term community-based homes for orphaned, abandoned, and neglected children and to provide education, vocational skills, and medical care.
Our Mission is to rescue vulnerable and economically disadvantaged children from their dire circumstances in which they are currently living through the provision of shelter, home environment, love, education, and medical support.
Bright kids Uganda recognizes the importance of partnerships and networking in the development of social capital in cooperation, communication, and transparency. Relationships with international partners have helped us to meet the vision and mission of the organization.
Bright Kids Uganda was founded on April 7th, 2000, by Dr. Victoria Nalongo Namusisi and the late Honorable Manuel Pinto. It has been a joint effort of friends, family, local partners, and international partners to achieve the success of the organization.
Different people and organizations have contributed to different causes of the organizations. Some have contributed to the Education cause, food security cause, health care cause, personal effects cause, and others, the operational cost cause.
