Joshua Waswa Nsubuga and his twin brother Kato Elijah were abandoned at Victoria Nalongo’s gate with a letter addressed to her, indicating that the mother abandoned her children somewhere else and it was those people who abandoned them at Victorias gate. Their mother could no longer care for them and she thought because Victoria had twins herself, she would take them. Although Kato and Waswa look to be about 6 years old, they think they are only 3 because they never received an education past Nursery school. Both boys seem to be in good health, but their indication that they weren’t receiving proper feeding.
