SHALOM AGENORWOT

Shalom was born in one of the districts in Northern Uganda. She is a sister to Elio Obangken. She is daughter to Charles Okwonga and Ketty Adoch who suffered severely from the land mines in Gulu District. Shalom was so vulnerable without any responsible person around her or a person who could stand in her situation to provide her with necessities. Her father and mother were unable to provide education to her due their condition.

BKU was happy to offer a loving environment to Shalom where she would be provided with good education, health care and welfare so that she would live a  better life like the rest of the children.

She arrived and was received at BKU home since her parents were terribly affected by the LRA war in Northern Uganda. The war could not allow them to  adequately support her financially.
