Lilian was born on 7/12/2005. Her father was Kigongo Martin and mother, Nampala Brenda in Bulosa Village, Ssemuto Sub – county, Nakaseke District. She an intelligent and hard working girl.

She arrived and was received at BKU in December, 2022 since her parents could not financially support her.
