Born 19 May 2001

Julie came to Bright Kids Uganda when she was just 6 hours old.  Her mother died 2 hours after giving birth to her due to bleeding complications.  She is a happy and cheerful girl. Julie wants to become a doctor.  Victoria hopes she will become an advocate for maternal health and safe childbirth.
