He is the twin brother to Kato Hussein. When the twins were born, his brother contracted the HIV virus. However, Waswa remains negative to this day. Their mother died from HIV and the twins came to BKU in 2002. Waswa is very fortunate to be born from an HIV positive mother and to not have contracted the Virus. He enjoys playing football, gardening and aspires to study up to university and become a civil engineer.
