Bio:

Born 1997

Brother to Paul Mukasa.  Charles is a workaholic and never sits down.  The workers at Bright Kids love him because he is always offering his help for jobs around the orphanage and house.  Both of Charles’s parents suffer from alcoholism and abject poverty.  His mother was struggling to raise a number of small children on her own.  The local council asked Bright Kids Uganda to help the children.  His favorite subject is Math and he aspires to be a mechanic.
